Hi,

This is just a quick post giving you some details on reporting a bug / glitch correctly. Please include as many of the following points as possible, as the more information we have, the easier it will be for us to solve the bug / glitch.

  • Which server is the bug on?
    • Currently available servers: Web server, creative, survival, hub, skyblock, minigames, and proxy (server linking all servers together hosting ban managing plugin, friend systems, ect)
  • What is the bug?
    • How did you find the bug? What do you do for the bug to go into action?
  • What issues has the bug caused?
    • As it is a bug, there must be something wrong for you to be reporting it. What issues has the bug caused?
      • E.g. money loss, data loss (e.g. blocks placed), item loss, corrupt chunks
  • When did you find the bug?
    • What time / day did you find the bug (approximately, we ask as we can trace exactly what happened with this information)?
